What are microgreens?Microgreens are young vegetable greens that are harvested just after the first leaves have developed. They are smaller than baby greens and larger than sprouts, usually measuring 1-3 inches tall. At Littleaf Microgreens, we grow a variety of microgreens, including broccoli, radish, pea shoots, sunflower, and more. These tiny but mighty greens are packed with nutrients, making them an excellent addition to salads, sandwiches, smoothies, and as a garnish for various dishes. They add a burst of flavor, vibrant color, and a nutritional punch to any meal.

How are your microgreens grown?: At Littleaf Microgreens, we take great care in growing our microgreens to ensure the highest quality and nutritional value. We source non-GMO seeds and use organic soil to plant the seeds in shallow trays, which are then placed under LED grow lights. These lights provide the optimal spectrum of light for photosynthesis and growth. We meticulously water and care for the microgreens as they grow, ensuring they receive the perfect amount of moisture and nutrients. Once they reach the ideal stage of growth, we harvest them by hand, pack them in sustainable packaging, and deliver them directly to our customers.
